These folks are true professionals. We travel extensively and often rent homes for weeks at a time so we interact with a lot of VRBO properties and management companies and, in my opinion, Stewart Mountain lodging is headed shoulders above the rest. They put us in a perfect property that fit exactly what my wife and I needed and had every detail handle down to the specialty dog bone for our Newfoundland. The property was warm and inviting upon arrival with music playing in the background and appropriate lighting already turned on. We will be back to Sundance next year and will certainly use these folks because they know the amount better than anyone and have a splendid roster of exquisite properties.

We stayed at the Conifer Creek Cabin in October. It was a beautiful spot right on the creek among majestic pines. The house is fabulous, 4 bedrooms with extra space for teens on the couch. We loved all the cooking utensils and the condiments left for us to use, it was like moving into a friend's home. The hiking paths right outside the door, the big fireplace with split wood and the stunning hot tub made the stay extra relaxing. I did have some problems with the heating system - the vent rattled and whistled and the heat circulated on every few minutes during the night. This was fixed once we found the thermostat on the lower level. Two nights later a beeping alarm went off at 5am. Turned out the furnace filter needed replacing. This too was fixed. The staff was cordial and responsive. I would highly recommend the cabin.
Stewart Mountain Lodge is a magical group to get to know. We have stayed in Sundance a few times now and we plan to return every year for an annual family getaway. Stewart Mountain Lodge makes everything perfect! Every year we set our trip and Vicki knows who we are and always remembers us. It's extremely welcoming. The quality of the lodges and the quality of the service you receive is second to none. I can't say enough about how wonderful the service is from Stewart Mountain Lodge. We travel the world and the service we receive in Sundance from Vicki has been the best. Thank you Stewart Mountain Lodge! See you next year!
